A fisherman aboard a Kona Sea Adventures boat caught something strange recently.  A seven-foot squid weighing approximately 52.7 pounds off the Kona coast was hooked and brought to the boat. Members of the fishing party said the squid was dead from an apparent attack which left a head injury and a few missing tentacles.
