If you have a Hawaii state driver’s license and are registered to vote in Hawaii, you will get a state judiciary questionnaire later this month. On 15 August 2016, the state will mail out approximately 235,000 juror questionnaires covering Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii Counties.  Those receiving the questionnaire will have 10 days to respond or risk being penalized.  The questionnaire will be used to form a jury pool for the year 2017.
