Comment:

Hepatitis A continues to spread on Oahu.  The latest case was found in a cafeteria worker at Kipapa Elementary School in Mililani.  That employee worked in the school’s cafeteria between 03 August to 16 August 2016. The DOE says it’s cooperating with the investigation and “the school will be preparing its meals off-site for the time-being.” Letters have been sent to parents explaining the situation.  Children who have not been vaccinated against hepatitis A should see their pediatrician.
