The Honolulu law firm of Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher is working with attorney Bill Marler to file the lawsuit against Genki Sushi, Koha Foods, and Sea Port Products.
The lawsuit was filed Tuesday, 23 August 2016, in First Circuit Court. The lawsuit covers anyone who ate at a Genki Sushi restaurant between April and August 2016. The action also involves anyone who, “for personal and public health and safety reasons, obtained a hepatitis A vaccination or an immune globulin (IG) shot.”
