Hugh Jones was arrested just after 8 a.m. Thursday on the H-3 Freeway near the Harano Tunnel.

Shortly after 8 a.m. Thursday morning, 08 September 2016, Honolulu Police arrested Deputy Attorney General Hugh Jones on the H3 Freeway near the Harano Tunnel. Police charged Jones with DUI.

Jones is the supervising deputy attorney general for the tax and charities division.

Jones was released on $500 bail and will appear in court next month.
