Applications for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary License must be submitted on line and will be accepted only between 12 January 2016 and 29 January 2016.  Applications should be directed to:  https://mmjdisp.ehawaii.gov.  There is an application fee of $5,000, which can be paid by a certified check or cashier’s check made out to the State of Hawaii Department of Health.  Checks can be hand delivered or mailed via certified mail to:  Department of Health, Medical Marijuana Dispensary Licensing, Room 337, 601 Kanokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI, 96707.  Aloha, Russ.
