Comment:
Moisture and cloud cover from former Tropical Storm Ulika have reached the state with forecasts calling for heavy showers and possible thunderstorms through Tuesday, 04 October 2016. A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for Hawaii Island through Tuesday. A combination of moisture and “an upper-level disturbance” is bringing rain to most of the state, with Hawaii Island receiving most of the showers. Drier conditions are expected by this weekend.
