As of late Monday, 29 February 2016, Hawaii had twelve babies born on Leap Day.  The Kapiolani Medical Center registered six births, Queen’s had four Leap Day babies, and Kauai’s Wilcox Memorial Hospital had three born on the last day of February.  The odds of being born on a Leap Day are on in 1,466.
